2 Ways To Eliminate Your Competition – It’s Easy. Eliminating competition is the easiest way to increase the chances of business success. And I don’t want to eliminate them literally, because they are doing things that are “bad” for them.
When I say delete, I mean… consider your product or service category and remove it from the list of potential customers.
Let prospective customers think about your business, product or service only when they are ready to buy. This is how you get business, not your competitors. This means that when you sell widgets, you want potential customers to think of them only when they are thinking about buying widgets.
If your company is not in a highly competitive industry, this is easy to do. For example, suppose there are various companies that sell the products you sell or meet the same business or consumer needs you encounter. How can you make potential customers only think of you and therefore only buy from you instead of buying from all other companies?Answer:
By thoroughly understanding the competing companies, and then performing one of the following two operations:
(1) Find a position in a category that can be filled. This sets you apart from any other company and makes you a very skilled person in the eyes of potential customers.
This usually involves finding specific market segments to focus on, or finding specific attributes or benefits of products or services that are valuable to your potential customers, and no one of your competitors can claim or are currently not promoting these products or services. Putting it in a separate class actually eliminates competition.
No one will do exactly what you want. Or how it happened.
(2) Make your competitors become “partners”. What is a cooperative? This is the competitor you are cooperating with or cooperating with.Is it possible to recommend a company with any company or other people? For example, a health coach can work with a weight management clinic, a gym, or a massage therapist.
Healthy, but you can also position them as other services, or, for example, you are a website designer and you have decided to focus primarily on working with small businesses (market segments). A website designer who chooses to focus on large enterprises.
